Purchase of Software for Injury Management - Case Management

The Department of Education is seeking the supply of an off-the-shelf software program for the case management of vocational injury management files related to the workers’ compensation claims and non compensable cases. The software system needs to have the ability to maintain all records related to vocational injury management for an initial nineteen (19) concurrent users including continuous file notes and the ability to interface with Microsoft Office programs for emailing purposes. The program also requires the ability to develop reports on outcomes and costs.
