Description
Fremantle Hospital and Health Service (FHHS) is seeking to acquire two (2) Autologous Blood Salvage Systems on an outright purchase basis for intraoperative use.
As a result of the Request, FHHS may establish a:
- standing offer arrangement for the supply and deliver of consumables for a period of up to five (5) years; and/or
- four (4) year post-warranty maintenance agreement.
