Provision of Gym Management, Maintenance & Supervision Services

The Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety is requires the management, maintenance and supervision of a gym on level 2, 1 Adelaide Terrace, East Perth.

The successful Respondent will be required to provide:

1. Comprehensive inductions (including gym information & rules);
2. Fitness appraisals;
3. Development and updating of exercise programs;
4. Observing, monitoring and providing advice to members on the correct way to use equipment;
5. Maintenance and repair of any broken items to ensure the equipment/facilities is safe for use; and
6. Monitoring the booking system to ensure it is not being misused.
