Description
The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) supports Western Australia’s community, economy and environment by managing and regulating the State’s environmental and water resources. It serves as a “one stop shop” for industry and developers to streamline and simplify environmental and water regulation.
DWER has many stakeholders, including customers and members of the public who have competing interests from industry, investment, community and environmental sectors.
This Request is seeking standing offers from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to conduct market research on an ‘as required’ basis to determine the perceptions of stakeholders about DWER and its services, and to evaluate satisfaction levels to inform business planning and business strategy development.
