a) 2 x Lower roof areas. Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water & Environment (DPIPWE) has determined that the current waterproofing at their New Town facility is insufficient with leaking occurring at various locations. The works include all that is necessary to upgrade the waterproofing, including the removal and disposal of existing Asbestos contaminated rocks and tiles to a state where a sheet torch on membrane can be applied over. It does not require the complete removal of the existing hot roll and pour. Separable costs were requested for the following items:
