The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) requires the supply, installation, integration and post-implementation support of an “out-of-the-box” Enterprise Financial Management Solution. DLGSC requires the Solution to be delivered as a service.
The Finance Management System is required to provide a vast array of enterprise wide financial functionality critical to keep DLGSC legislatively compliant.
