Landscaping Services - Network and Infrastructure

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is required to ensure PTA assets are maintained at an acceptable level to mitigate safety issues associated with tree growth impacting the rail network.

Scope of Services:

The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking the services of qualified Contractors to provide:

• grounds maintenance and landscaping;
• reticulation system maintenance; and
• tree lopping and pruning,

at various sites across its Metropolitan Network.

The Contractor is required to maintain PTA landscapes under horticultural best practices to ensure the PTA landscapes are maintained in a vigorous healthy state, within a weed free environment.

The Contractor will be required to undertake:

1. Scheduled General Maintenance Services – programme as agreed between the two parties; and

2. Unscheduled General Maintenance Services - to be performed as and when directed by the PTA Representative.

The Contractor shall provide suitably trained personnel fully equipped and self-sufficient to carry out the Services throughout the PTA Metropolitan Network as directed by PTA’s Representatives.

The expectation of this Tender is for the establishment of a panel contract.
