21C868 Construction of the Ethelton Railway Station Platform Upgrade

The Department for Infrastructure and Transport (the Department) invites organisations (Tenderers) to submit a tender for Contract No. 21C868, Construction of the Ethelton Railway Station Platform Upgrade.

The project is proposing to demolish the current Ethelton Railway Station platforms and replace them with new similar platforms. The platforms will be raised and widened to align with current Adelaide Metropolitan Passenger Railway Network (AMPRN) standards. The northern and southern access ramps leading to the platforms will be replaced and improved to meet Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (DDA) requirements. The project aims to improve passenger safety and experience by replacing the current life expired platforms with new platforms.

PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Contractors must be prequalified with the Department under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction, in the following categories:

• R2 (Roadworks)
• F5 (Financial)
