Supply of Two (2) Therapeutic Aphaeresis Systems to Fremantle Hospital and Health Service

Background: Fremantle Hospital and Health Service (FHHS) is seeking an organisation to supply, installation and commission two (2) therapeutic aphaeresis systems. The offered equipment (aphaeresis system) must be capable of safe and efficient automated Therapy and Collection procedures, including but not limited to, Total Plasma Exchange, White Blood Cell Collection and Depletion, while protecting patient from cross-infection with single patient use sterile procedure packs.
The Contractor will be required to perform operator and technical training for nominated FHHS representatives.
FHHS may establish a standing offer arrangement for the supply and delivery of device specific consumables for a period of up to five (5) years from the Commencement Date of the Head Agreement. Under this standing offer agreement, the Contract Authority will be able to place Orders on an ‘as required’ basis during the Term.
The Customer may elect to take up a comprehensive post-warranty service and maintenance agreement for both systems for a period of up to four (4) years where the agreements will be on a per-system basis. The uptake of a post-warranty service and maintenance agreement will be at the absolute discretion of the Customer.
The contract established as a result of this Request may be awarded as a single supplier for all items including post-warranty service and maintenance.
