Osprey Campground Development, Cape Range National Park

This development will include the addition of a new unsealed northern access road and campground loop as well as a North-South walk trail (Osprey Bay to Sandy Bay) constructed of compacted fines. The old access road to the original campsites is to be partially revegetated with realignment and an expanded campground loop in the south of the existing site. A visitor day use parking area with visitor facilities is also to be constructed between the two camp loops (joining with a separate access road) and is to be linked via a pedestrian path to both the campsites and Sandy Bay to the North of the Osprey Campground. This request is for the civil works component of development.
