Leongatha Raw Water Main Replacement

South Gippsland Water (SGW) invites tenders for the construction of the Leongatha Raw Water Main Replacement project.

The works include installation of 647 metres of OD630 PE100 SDR11 pipe by open cut excavation, supply and install air and scour valve arrangements along the pipeline, connection of the replacement pipeline to the existing raw water pipeline, removal of approx 230m of above ground MSCL and 26 concrete piers and decommissioning of redundant decommissioned mains. These works are within private property (a farm) in Ruby, Victoria (near Leongatha). A mandatory site meeting and inspection will commence at 9:30am on Thursday 15th August at Ruby Fire Station (Dykes Road). Contractors are required to register their intention to attend with Dean Demenech or Tim Butler (contact information below) with at least 24 hours' notice.

Completed responses including all completed schedules must be submitted via the electronic tender box via SGW Tenderlink portal www.tenderlink.com/sgwater.. Respondents will receive a successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion.

Tenders close midday Wednesday 4th September 2024 and all submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
