Clarkson Police Station is a restricted site:
• There will be only one escorted inspection. ( non- mandatory ) No other internal inspection will be possible.
• Site Inspection: 10.00am Tuesday, 27 November 2012 . front entry.
• Police car park is small and very restricted. Access limited for Police customers. Please park in shops car parks nearby.
• There will be no electronic documents available. Only hard copy paper documents will be available from the Tenders Office Optima Building
• A confidentiality agreement to be signed in order to receive Documents
• Documents are to be returned by tenderers to Tenders office.
• Only BMW Pre Qualified Builders will be permitted to tender / pick up documents.
• No Subcontractors will permitted to pick up documents.
