Hydrotherapy pool upgrade and associated building works
Burbridge School
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from registered builders with recent experience in school projects to undertake the hydrotherapy pool upgrade and associated building works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Burbridge School.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Maureen St Jorre on 9288 1252 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Friday 11 May 2012.
Documents will be available for pickup between 9.00am and 4.00pm on Monday 14 May and Tuesday 15 May 2012

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.00am Wednesday 16 May 2012 at Burbridge School, 46 Burbridge Avenue Koondoola.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Wednesday 6 June 2012.
