Development of Strategic Planning Framework and Mapping Format

Develop a draft Children's Services Planning Framework.

Undertake a facilitated consultative process with organisations developing Regional Children's Services Plan to further develop the Planning Framework, report feedback and inclusion of relevant information.

Production of a Final Children's Services Planning Framework, including mapping format.

Report incorporating

i) Rationale, including comparative frameworks, for recommended framework

ii) Summary of the process used, including details of stakeholder liaison undertaken.

iii) Outcomes from facilitated workshop

iv) Any identified issues or barriers that may occur during implementation of the Framework
