Description

Quote required for the provision of Laser Range Finder Binocular (LRFB), Chest Harness and Spotting Scope.

The Laser Range Finder Binocular (LRFB) will be used in day and night time situations, independent of a weapon system, by a soldier to monitor and observe a designated area, such as an observation post. It will provide the capability to monitor the area with high clarity as well as assisting in targeting, estimating grid references, and conducting OP sketches. The system will comprise of the main Binocular system, as well as a number of accessories, including a Binocular Chest Harness. This item will carry the LRFB on the chest of the operator in a position ready for rapid deployment and subsequent use.

The Spotting Scope will be used in day and night time situations, independent of a weapon system, by a dismounted soldier in the conduct of reconnaissance and surveillance. It will comprise of the main scope itself, as well as a number of accessories to aid the use of the system in various scenarios.
