Description
The Services required by Finance from the Tenderer are a comprehensive, detailed and fully resolved year long Graduate Development Program (GDP) that has a strong focus on developing ICT professionalism within the APS. The GDP will develop core APS capabilities and an understanding of the public sector and result in the delivery and award of an accredited qualification to participants who successfully complete the GDP. The Tenderer will provide a comprehensive support program for GDP participants and will liaise regularly with Finance and participating agencies. The Tenderer will design and develop all learning and development materials and undertake regular evaluation of the GDP.
