Hilder Road SS Prep Block Refurbishment (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of an existing Prep Block and design and construction of a small shade structure at Hilder Road State School, located at 104 Kaloma Rd, The Gap QLD 4061, as part of the SIE and Election Commitment programmes.

All works are to commence during September School holidays and to be completed by November 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
