Description

Clontarf Beach State High School intend to procure the services of a design and construct contractor to delivery the refurbishment of the Block 3 GLA’s. This refurbishment improves the learning environment for all current and future students. All Tenderers are to submit a Tender consistent with the enclosed Tender Documents.

Electronic tenders are to be emailed to [email hidden] by 2:00 pm, Tuesday 9th March 2021. Any tenders submited after this dateand time will be a non-conforming tender.

Site Visit Details

Tuesday 23rd February 2021, 11.30am at Clontarf Beach State High School – Block 3 Gym Courts

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, guidance on how the site insepction will be conducted will be submitted. Any contractor not adhering to these guidlines will be removed from site.

No more then 2no. people from each company to attend the site inspection.
