ICT Consultancy Services for the Design and the Plan to replace the Road Reference System

The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) invites offers for the provision of ICT – Consultancy Services for the Design and the Plan to Replace Road Reference (RoadRef) with an Esri Linear-Spatial Referencing Solution.

The Department is seeking suppliers with demonstrated skills and experience in implementing linear-spatial referencing solutions for infrastructure in systems such as Esri. Additionally, proven experience in the following areas would be highly regarded:
• Implementation of linear-spatial referencing solutions in a road infrastructure environment.
• Production of a design for implementing a linear-spatial referencing solution and successful integration of said design in bespoke (legacy) asset management information systems.

Subject to a successful offer being identified through the Invitation process, the Department intends to negotiate an agreement with the Contractor to produce the Deliverables in consultation with the Department’s key stakeholders.

This procurement project is a Foundational Deliverable (Stage 1) of the TMR Asset Management Information system (AMIS) Program for Transport Infrastructure.
