RFT0338 - Lower Wonga Hall – Building Upgrade and Kitchen Fitout

Tenders are invited to establish the lump sum price for the supply and installation of engineering solutions, waste water treatment solutions and kitchen upgrade works as per approved designs for the Lower Wonga Hall.

Tenderers must be registered with the VendorPanel site to be able to download documents, request information and submit a Tender.

Suitably endorsed Tenders close at the below website address at 12pm on 25 May 2021. In accordance with s228(8) of the Local Government Regulation 2012 (Regulation), Council may decide not to accept any tenders it receives.

In accordance with s288(9) of the Regulation any accepted tender must be the one deemed most advantageous to Council. It is noted that the lowest price tender may not be the most advantageous.

Tender Information Session

Tender Information Session scheduled for 9am on 11 May 2021 onsite at Lower Wonga Hall, 1048 Wide Bay Highway, Lower Wonga, QLD.

Respondents are required to register their attendance via email to [email hidden].

Attendees must ensure that Steel toed safety boots, long pants, long sleeve shirt and a hat are worn to the site information session.
Council is following strict guidelines for hygiene and social distancing in response to COVID-19.
Council requires that you do not attend if ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU:
• Have been in a COVID-19 hotspot in the last 14 days
• You have been overseas in the past 14 days
• You have had contact with anyone who has tested positive for novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
