SMT Thornlie - AC & Boiler Works

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake an AC upgrade and Boiler removal at SMT Thornlie campus. The Work includes but is not limited to brief overview of the Works. Replacement of an existing ducted split Air Conditioning system; and Decommissioning and removal of the existing Heating Water plant. Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote.
