The Project is now in the delivery phase and it is important that we maintain a continuity of knowledge on the Project and the Powerhouse together with the SSDA and other Project approvals so that INSW are best placed to manage the Project delivery administration of Lendlease Building and manage Wolfpeak SSDA compliance. Conclude SSDA Mod 1 approval for height and use of St Georges terrace use. Manage Aconex design approval process for Powerhouse & INSW approvals. Ongoing management of the Design Integrity Panel. Interface with Authority approvals including Council engagement for Council land works. Inputs into future strategic planning advice including undercroft use, riverfront naturalisation and other planning inputs during the delivery phase.
