Queensland Academy of Creative Industries Outdoor Learning Openable Roof Structure

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an openable roof structure on Level 4 of the Queensland Academy of Creative Industries school building, located at 61 Musk Avenue in Kelvin Grove QLD 4059 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIE) program.
The works include the removal of the existing shade structures and the design and construction of a new colorbond openable roof structure, complete with support frameworks, flashings, rain sensors, columns and x-ray of existing post tensioned slab for the new structure. All works are to be completed over the school holidays and be completed by the 25 January 2019

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
