Information Architecture Services - Public Website

Legal Aid WA sought an experienced and user-focused Information Architect (IA) to support the redevelopment of its public website. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that website content and corporate knowledge is structured and presented in a way that is intuitive, accessible, and aligned with the needs of diverse users, including clients, legal practitioners, and community stakeholders. Services to be delivered by personnel with skills across information architecture, user research, content strategy, user experience design, and content development.
