Ascot State School DDA Access (Eligible PQC Contractors Level 2)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of the DDA Access project to Blocks B, C & D at Ascot State School, located at Pringle St, Ascot QLD 4006 as part of Ed4All program.

The project is to include; Block D assisted toilet, Block D 4 storey lift, Block D walkways, Block C covered walkway links, Blcok C stairs and Block B assisted toilet.

All works are to be completed by 10 April 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minium PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Open Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligiable contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.

Submissions close on Friday, 15 November 2019 at 3:00pm

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
