Respect At Work

The Supplier will coordinate the design and delvelopment of the new online platform and will import content provided by the Commission. The platform will assist employers, including human resources and workplace health and safety staff, managers, workers,and representatives of employers, as well as workers, including employer associations, unions and lawyers.

The online platformwill have its own distinct ‘Respect@Work’ branding,independent of Commission branding.Guidance and tools available on the online platform should be accessible, simple and user-friendly,and will provide guidance on the full range of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks, including the Sex Discrimination Act, Fair Work Act and work health and safety laws.

The Commission is seeking Responses from individuals and organisations with demonstrated qualifications, skills, experience, and reputation relevant to the Services, as set out in this ATM. These details should be set out in the Response.

The Commission is a small independent statutory authority with a limited budget. Our indicative budget for the Services is $70,000 - $120,000 (including GST).The Commission requests that quotes are made to be upward scalable.
