APEC, G20, MIKTA AND OECD CAPACITY AND RELATIONSHIP BUILDING EVENTS MANAGEMENT

DFAT is seeking an an events management organisation to undertake a variety of events management tasks/responsibilities for the following forum; namely APEC, G20, MIKTA and OECD. It is estimated that approximately fourteen events per year will be held at an estimated total cost of $2M, requiring the followingevents management activities : (i) selecting and liaising with venues, (ii) contracting and managing speakers, trainers and facilitators, (iii) coordinating participant attendance from a range of countries including all finance and (iv) travel related logistics.
