REDFIN 1B - Infrastructure - Holsworthy Barracks Special Operations Vehicle Facilities

The detailed breakdown of works includes:

a) Construction of a new enclosed garage for a Special Operations Vehicle fleet, including secure storage and working accommodation. The building will comprise of a steel frame structure and concrete raft slab including a concrete slab mezzanine level. The exterior of the building will be precast concrete and blockwork walling and profiled metal panel cladding

b) Adaptive reuse and upgrade of two existing vehicle shelters;

(c) Loading ramp works comprising the replacement of the existing dock leveller; and

(d) Establishment of a gravel temporary container laydown area.
