The purpose of the Fire Danger Viewer (FDV) improvements is to expand the platform’s capabilities to support the integration and visualisation of new Fire Ignition, Suppression, and Impact (FISI) indices, which will be generated by the newly developed FISI Calculation Engine. These enhancements aim to deliver a more comprehensive and actionable view of fire danger by displaying FISI outputs alongside existing Fire Behaviour Index (FBI) and Fire Danger Rating (FDR) layers.
