The AHO is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with the ability, capability, capacity, and experience to design and construct: · One (1), four (4) bedroom single storey dwelling with two (2) full main bathrooms and ensuite on master, separate toilet with basin, living area, lockable garage and associated site works; and · One (1), two (2) bedroom single storey dwelling with one (1) full main bathroom and ensuite on master, separate toilet with basin, living area, lockable garage and associated site works. At 363 Warialda Street, Moree NSW 2400 with completion by 30 April 2025.
