Woodridge State School - Amenities Refurbishment (With Design Responsibility) (34-164282)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of the existing Amenities Buildings at Woodridge State School, located at Wembley Road & Railway Parade, Woodridge, QLD, 4114, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program.

The scope comprises the full refurbishment of two (2 no.) existing Amenities Buildings at Woodridge State School, including new layout, new fixtures, fittings, wall coverings, flooring, lighting, and construction of a DDA complaint concrete ramp into one (1 no.) of the Amenities Buildings. All works are to be completed by April 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
