  1. Completion of an Attestation Statement and collection of supporting evidence for pre-disaster condition/function, damage, and scope of works/cost for each of the 16 Tier 2 projects.
  2. Completion of an Attestation Statement for each of the 45 Tier 3 projects.
  3. The Attestation Statements must be completed by 31 December 2025.
  4. The Attestation Statements must be approved by the appointed Suitably Qualified Person/s.
