Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) are seeking Quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake workshop bathroom, locker, lunchroom and office upgrades at Welshpool Bus Depot. The Work includes but is not limited to the demolition and removal of existing vinyl flooring, fittings, and fixtures as specified, making good of all wall tiles in bathroom, bathroom upgrade to basin, fittings and fixtures, general painting throughout all rooms and epoxy to bathroom floor, new vinyl flooring to locker, room and 2 x offices, and deep clean to lunchroom with addition protection in high traffic areas.
