The Services required to be delivered include: The Consultant to undertake the next stage of impact assessment. The Consultant will consider all possible biodiversity, aboriginal cultural heritage and historic cultural heritage impacts associated with the delivery of the listed infrastructure options associated with the HNV full DAP. The previous assessment consisted only of a desktop review of the site constraints. It is expected that this assessment will undertake on site assessments to confirm constraints mapping and determine any additional constraints for each site. Additionally, after The Consultant has determined the biodiversity and heritage constraints for the site, RA requires the possible options to offset/accommodate the impacts. RA are not looking to undertake an EIS or REF with the information developed from this engagement. Rather, it is an intermediary step for a more informed multi criteria analysis that reflects actual on-site constraints, and possible options to offset and/or accommodate the impacts.
