Northern Endeavour Project Execution Advisory Team for Phase 2/3

The Northern Endeavour Branch has identified an ongoing need for a range of technical advisors to provide reliable and timely information on Phase 2 (plugging and abandonment) and Phase 3 (removal of subsea infrastructure) activities. The Phase 2/3 team requires this information to enable efficient decision making to effectively support the planning, management and execution of the Program. It will also provide an ability to effectively review and understand any proposals made by the lead Contractor Phase 2/3 Execution Works. The purpose of this contract is to procure highly specialised technical and operational advice on the safe and efficient operation of support vessels and facilities during decommissioning activities.
