The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the design and refurbishment of the Level 2 art gallery, front entry and Level 7 GLAs and International Lounge space at Queensland Academy of Creative Industries, located at 61/73 Musk Ave, Kelvin Grove QLD 4059 as part of the SIE programme.
The project is to be completed in two separate stages, with both stages starting in December 2022 and Level 7 completed in February 2023 and Level 2 works completed in March 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 with certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
