Carole Park State School - Roof Replacements (with Design)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the roof replacements of Block B, F and Admin building at Carole Park State School, located at 260 Waterford Rd, Wacol QLD 4076, as part of the Rectification and Reinstatement (RNR) program.

The position of the buildings are at the front of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1 million

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
