Maroon Outdoor Education Centre Roof Replacement (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education is inviting tenders for the replacement of eight (8) roofs at Maroon Out Door Education centre. Along with some minor refurbishment of the internals of each cabin, these refurbishments entail removal of the atrium in the hall way, reline the ceiling and installation of some lighting.The works include Design and Construction and generally comprise of the removal of internal windows above each door that run off the hall, minor plumbing works in order to get existing stacks out of the roof onto the external walls, use of new lighting, installation of new sub boards ,mechanical ventilation and painting to create: all new water tight cabins with better air flow.

Site Visit Details: Recommended Site Visit on Tuesday 8th of October 2021 at 12:00pm - please meet outside the Administration Reception. Please confirm attendance be 12pm Monday 4th October 2021. Tenderers will not be able to visit the site outside this arranged time so please invite relevant subcontractors to assist in pricing.
