Chapel Hill State School SIE Classroom Refurbishment

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of an existing classroom Block (Block 3) at Chapel Hill State School, located at 20 Ironbark Rd, Chapel Hill QLD 4069 as part of the SIE program.

The existing Block 3 is a single storey building with a refurbishment to all 4 classrooms including new air conditioning and lighting. All works to be completed by the 12th July 2019. The project will be a Design and Construct contract. The contractor is to allow for the removal of asbestos by a licenced asbestos contractor.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Open Builders licence and the ability to undertake the entire scope of works.
