Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake works related to the provision of grounds plan (nature playground) at Bullsbrook College located at 107 Chittering Road, Bullsbrook, WA . The Work includes but is not limited to the supply & Installation of new playground equipment, soft fall mulch and soft fall sand, logs, paving, soil, boulders and grinding stumps and includes works related to Earthworks, grading & ClearanceCustom Playground Equipment.Off the shelf playground equipment.Boulder & log placementStonework and gravelPavingGeotextile fabric to dry creek bed and sand softfallSite works including set outAuthority ApprovalsShop drawingsStructural engineer inspections and certifications.Tree safety audit and arborist report (prior to construction).Playground safety audit (one during construction and one at PC).Temp fencing / signage until PC is to be provided by contractor for duration of works.Services scan Bidders shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation. All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by bidders prior to submission of their Quote. All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.
