Property & Development NSW (PDNSW) is managing the design and delivery of Level 4 of the McKell Building and looking for a Contractor to construct the fit-out works of Level 4. The fitout works will deliver a media centre/events space on the floor that will be aligned with the NSW Government Office Accommodation Policy and NSW Government Workplace Design Standards.
