Sunshine IML Depot Stage 3 Construction Works

A requirement exists at the Sunshine IML depot located on Bilsen Road, Geebung, Qld, for the following works but not limited too a internal upgrade and refurbishment to the office section of office 1A, exterior upgrade to the sheds 1 and 2, internal warehousing works for sheds 1 and 2, civil road and car parking works, services upgrade, structural repairs, roofing and cladding works, property boundary upgrade, fire and water services upgrade, electrical upgrade, security upgrade, landscaping works, office fit out and upgrade of existing facilities to current building conditions etc. This area is currently unoccupied. Please read this Specification in conjunction with the attached plans.

A contractor with suitable experience, capabilities and capacity is sought to complete these works within the required timeframe.
