Description
RQ is seeking Offers for the provision of the production, publishing and distribution of the State-wide Thoroughbred (RACE) and Harness Industry (PACE) monthly publications on behalf of RQ.
In conducting this RFO, RQ's objectives are to engage a suitably qualified publisher who will:
Provide independent cost-effective production, publishing and distribution services of the operations of RQ; and
Deliver a cost neutral cost of the publications whereby advertising revenue will offset publisher’s costs (i.e. the publisher will retain advertising income) and return an income via subscriptions of no less than $50,000 per annum.
