The Contractor must conduct the seagrass health monitoring in Cockburn Sound and Warnbro Sound in accordance with the methods described in the Manual of Standard Operating Procedures for Environmental Monitoring against the Cockburn Sound Environmental Quality Criteria (2003-2004), which is available online at www.epa.wa.gov.au/node/1269
