Description
The envisioned outcome of this specification is to ensure that the various public buildings and workplaces, as specified in Sections 3 and 4 below, are maintained to a high sanitary standard.
The Contractor is also required to ensure all work is undertaken in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards and Codes of Practice.All work must be completed within the confines of the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations, and to Local OHS requirements.
This Contract spans a period of two (2) years and covers the cleaning of a wide variety of buildings, from public areas, such as public toilet blocks and the Airport terminal building, to workplaces such as Council’s Child Care Centre, Libraries and the Whyalla Visitor Centre.
