Asset Management Framework

Department of Premier and Cabinet (DPC) through Arts Victoria require an Asset Management Framework that will help deliver a sustainable future for Arts infrastructure. This framework must present a recognised established methodology appropriate for use and accepted by Arts Victoria and Department of Treasury and Finance. It will, in particular, align with the service delivery outcomes and lease periods for each organisation, taking account of the complexities inherent in arts and cultural facilities. Once delivered the Asset Management Framework will guide and inform decision making for compliance, maintenance, renewal and long term development of Government House and Arts infrastructure.
