Description
As part of the City of Salisbury’s commitment to the effective management of its asset the services of an experienced and qualified Contractor are sought to undertake general responsive, scheduled, emergency responses and installations of air conditioning systems and associated services.The intention is that the Contractor shall service and maintain in first class mechanical and electrical condition all of the cooling and heating systems which is scheduled in detail in the Specification.
