The Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO) invites suitably qualified and experienced companies to submit a tender in response to RFT 06/035 (EWS) for Joint Project 2030 Phase 8 (JP2030PH8) - Joint Command Support Environment (JCSE). The tender is a joint request for responses from industry for the role of the Systems Integrator and the implementation panel. DMO is utilising an evolutionary acquisition approach for JP2030 PH8 JCSE, in which the capability will be incrementally defined, built and matured. DMO is intending to engage a Systems Integrator to develop a JCSE architectural framework and top level design for the integrated set of JCSE capabilities. DMO is also intending to establish a panel of suppliers (JCSE Panel) who will be tasked with implementation work under JP2030 PH8. Please note that the RFT Contact Officer is not contactable from 23 December 2006 to 4 January 2007 inclusive.
