Canberra Tourism Employment Plan and Service Champions Project

Austrade is seeking to engage a contractor or contractors to provide services in relation to:

• the Canberra Tourism Employment Plan (TEP); and
• the Service Champions Project.

The Canberra TEP will deliver targeted and practical measures to address labour and skills issues in Canberra. TEPs link tourism businesses with programmes geared towards improving education, training and employment outcomes. TEPs also implement industry-led (cost-neutral) solutions where gaps are identified. The TEP will be forward-looking for a period of three years.

The Canberra TEP will also build in a specific strategy — the Service Champions Project. This project will be the first locally targeted customer service training tool for Canberra which will utilise e-learning as the platform for delivery.

Tenderers may submit a Tender for either or both parts of the Services, i.e:

Option 1: Tender for Canberra TEP Services only; or

Option 2: Tender for the Service Champions Project only; or

Option 3: Tender for both the Canberra TEP Services and the Service Champions Project.
