Algester SS Library Roof Replacement (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Algester SS – Library Roof Replacement at Algester State School, located at 31 Endiandra St, Algester QLD 4115, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program.

The library building has 4 roof systems, and all require replacement. The works must be complete by 16^th of December 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
